And a blanket 21 or the laser device 22 are moved back by drawing the rod in, the electronic part (P) in each parts feeder 7 is taken up by a nozzle 3 by air-suction index-rotating a rotary head 1, and is conveyed and mounted on to a board 10. On the basis of detected data obtained at this time, the ascending or descending stroke of the nozzle 3 is adjusted. This makes it possible to take up the electronic parts P surely.
