Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate the reading of a two-dimensional data symbol.
SOLUTION: An almost rectangular reading opening 12 is provided on the bottom face 11 of a head part 10a of a case 10, and a first switch 13 and a second switch 14 are provided on the outside of the reading opening 12. At the time of reading a symbol positioned in the reading opening 12, the picture information of the symbol is segmented when the first switch 13 and the second switch 14 are both in depressed states, processed by a processing such as decoding, and transmitted from a cable 16 to another hardware.
