PURPOSE: The titled device capable of removing easily obstacles and carrying out rapidly restarting of reeling of yarn, wherein when a device for preventing end breakage is started, an elastic needle is simultaneously inserted into a pipe for passing through yarn, so that obstacles in the pipe and at the bottom of the pipe are pushed down.

CONSTITUTION: When an obstacle of yarn during reeling is raised, the tension of the yarn 13 is increased, the lever 14 for relaxing yarn is raised, the connecting rod 17 is dropped, the elastic needle 18 linked to the bottom of it is dropped and inserted into the hole of the pipe 4 for passing yarn. The obstacle is pushed down to a position below the pipe 4 for passing yarn easily removable by hand. When the obstacle is removed, the end of the reeled yarn is wound around the elastic needle 18, raised, and the yarn 13 is knotted, with operation carried out rapidly.
