Title:
DEVICE FOR REPRODUCING OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02185743
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize and simplify the device and to inexpensively produce a large quantity of optical disk substrates by limiting a stamper to a specified position and executing the transfer of a photosetting resin by only the vertical movement.

CONSTITUTION: A resin supplying means 2 drops a prescribed amt. of the photosetting resin 8 to a base plate region carried to the stage before a stamper position by a transporting mechanism 1 and is further advanced to the stamper position. A vertical movement control means lowers the stamper 7 and spreads the photosetting resin 8 between the stamper 7 and the base plate region. A curing energy generating means 4 imparts light energy for a prescribed period of time from below to the resin to cure the resin. A peeling means 5 descends to press the base plate part around the stamper 7 upon curing and the stamper vertical movement control means rises the stamper. The base plate 6 is thereby peeled from the stamper. The most of the reproducing stages are executed in this way while the stamper is limited to the specified position. The device is miniaturized and simplified in this way and the inexpensive production of large quantities of the optical disks is possible.
