Title:
DEVICE FOR SENDING OUT WARP OF MULTISHAFT WEAVING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3275451
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a device for sending out warp of a multishaft weaving machine, capable of sending out each warp independently from drawing out of warps from plural beams and driving beams with stable warp tension.
CONSTITUTION: Beams 21 corresponding to each brake shaft 35 are mutually connected through differential pulley blocks 25, respectively, and sending out motors 26 are linked to each differential pulley block 25. The rocking limit of an easing roller 52 when the warp tension of each easing roller 52 reaches limit tension is detected by detectors 67 and 68 installed corresponding to the beams 21, respectively. The sending out motors 26 are operated by the detected signal and the beams 21 are rotated in the direction of sending out of the warps irrespective of the revolution of the brake shafts 35.
