Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can eliminate the need for preparing hands of a third party or a video camera conventionally, and can measure a height of "Ollie" of a skateboarding easily and accurately by a mobile terminal on hand, and also to provide the system that measures a height and also displays an object capable of being jumped over corresponding to measured results and thereby further helps a user to improve a skateboarding technique.SOLUTION: A system for measuring a height of "Ollie" being a new skill of skateboarding makes it possible to measure a user's jump distance easily and accurately by making a full use of sensors such as a 3-axis acceleration sensor or a ranging sensor and sharing the result with a mobile terminal at hand.
