PURPOSE: To take out a reel and a partition plate alternately by reel step out of this packing box so as to place it to another place, when plural reels are arranged in plural row and in plural lines and packed in a box while piling them in plural steps through a partition plate.

CONSTITUTION: A second conveyer 20 for reel transfering is provided on one side of a first conveyer 10 for loading a packing box 1 and a third conveyer 30 for partition plate transfering is provide on its opposite side and a reel adsorbing means 45 is hung down elevatably from a first truck 41 which can advance/retreat between the respective upsides of the first conveyer 10 and the second conveyer 20 along an upper rail 40 and a partition plate adsorbing means 58 is hung down elevatably from a second truck 51 which ca advance/ retreat between the respective upsides of the first conveyer 10 and the third conveyer 30 along the upper rail 40.
