Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of protecting organs with a simple method from damaging caused by a treating means. SOLUTION: The present invention is related to an apparatus 1 for treating an animal 3 such as a livestock, e.g. a horse, a cattle, a hog or a sheep, which is slaughtered and further whose skin is optionally taken off, or its part. The treatment is applied e.g. in a region where an organ such as the fore skin positions inside a wall, an abdominal wall, etc., and the apparatus 1 is provided with a treating means for the treatment. The apparatus is also provided with a moving means for moving the organ away at least for a treating period from the region where the treating means works.
