To easily and cleanly change a diaper under a standing state by fitting a belt to one of catches which are catchingly fixed to one end of the top part in the front part of a paper diaper and fitting the other catch, which is catchingly fixed to the other end of the top part in the front part of the diaper, to the other end of the belt.
A diaper fitting auxiliary tool 1 catchingly fixes one of catches 4 to one end toward the top part in the front part of a paper diaper 2, the top of the front part of the diaper 2 is positioned around the body of a user under his or her standing state, and the other catch 4 is fitted to the other end part toward the top in the front part of the paper diaper 2 through the back side. After that, a belt 5 is fitted around, the rear part of the paper diaper 2 is made to pass through the crotch, while positioning a part toward the top in the rear part, and the both ends and the both front ends are stuckly fixed to the both-side adhesive tape. A finger is inserted between the back and the rear part of the paper diaper 2, the belt 5 is grabbed so as to be pulled up, thus the catching of the catches 4 fitted to the both ends of the belt 5 is detached so that the diaper is removed.
