Because a diaphragm damper has a constitution that a bonding member 61 bonding the peripheral edge part of a diaphragm 49 to a half body 97 in which a recessed part 46 is formed by a welding is manufactured and this bonding member 61 is fixed to a pressure chamber member 53 into which high pressure fluid is introduced, heat capacity of the welding part may be reduced, regardless of thickness of the welding part in the half body 47, and thickness of the half body can be increased. Therefore, leakage and damage from the welding part can be prevented. Because the bonding member 61 is constituted to be fixed to the pressure chamber member 53, the assembling and fixing can be easily performed.
