PURPOSE: To obtain easily fabric moldings maintaining an original feeling of the material fabric by consisting of a press die and a fixed die coated with a buffer agent on a contact face with a pile formed face of the material fabric.

CONSTITUTION: Material fabric 4 is pile fabric woven pile 6 on a surface of the fabric 5. The fabric 4 is laid on a fixed die 2 with the formed face of pile 6 making contact with a buffer agent 3 of it. Then, a press die 1 is descended on the fabric 4 to which a heat pressing is added to be formed into specified shape. In the heat pressing operation, being pressed through a buffer agent 3 without touching directly the surface of the fixed die 2, pile 6 receives less weakening. Thus, a raising condition of pile part of the molded fabric is maintained. Therefore, the fabric moldings kept the original feeling of the material fabric can be obtained.
