Title:
DIELECTRIC CERAMIC FOR MICROWAVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000072541
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a dielectric ceramic for microwave, capable of being laminated with a cheap metal having a large conductivity such as Ag and Cu, and capable of being simultaneously fired.

When the composition formula of a dielectric ceramic for a microwave, comprising BaO, CaO, WO3, TiO2, CuO, and a borosilicate glass is represented by the formula [{v((BaO)u(CaO)1-u-w(WO3)}-x(TiO2)]-y(CuO)-z(borosilicate glass), the molar fraction ratio c/w of ((BaO)u-(CaO)1-u) to WO3 is regulated within the range of 0.9≤v/w≤1.2, and the molar fraction ratio x/(v+w) of the TiO2 to {v((BaO)u-(MgO)1-u)-w(WO3)} is regulated within the range of 0≤x/(v+w)≤1.5. CuO within the range of 0.5 wt.% ≤y≤10 wt.% and the borosilicate glass within the range of 1 wt.% ≤z≤30 wt.% added to 1 mol main ingredient [{v((BaO)u-(CaO)1-u)-w(WO3)}-w(TiO2)].
