To increase the position precision and to reduce variations in characteristics by providing a coupling line which is coupled with a dielectric resonator in one opening part and a transmission line outside the electrode opening part, and electrically connecting the transmission line and coupling line.
On both the main surfaces of a dielectric plate 1, electrodes 2 and 3 which have mutually opposite opening parts are formed. On the top surface of a circuit board 6, a line connecting with the coupling line 11 formed in the electrode opening part 4 and the transmission line 12' connected to a coupling line 12 in the electrode opening part 4 are formed. A terminating resistance 13 is mounted between one transmission line 11' and a set value electrode 14. A ground electrode on the top surface of the dielectric plate 1 comes in contact with the reverse surface of the circuit board 6, so this ground electrode and the respective lines on the top surface constitute microstrip lines, respectively. Those coupling electrodes 11 and 12 and the electrodes 11' and 12' on the circuit board 6 are connected together by wire bonding.
