PURPOSE: To decrease an input offset by connecting other output terminal of a differential amplifier circuit to a noninverting buffer, connecting outputs of the noninverting buffer to a base of an active load transistor (TR) in common and adopting a TR of the same type as an input TR of an emitter follower.

CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier 1 and an emitter follower 2 are provided, emitters of TRs 31,32 of the same type as a TR 21 used for the emitter follower 2 are connected in common to a current source 34. Moreover, a collector of the TR 31 connects to a load, in this case, a resistor 33, other terminal of the resistor 33 connects to a power supply Vcc, a collector of the TR 31 connects to a base of the TR 31 itself to form a noninverting buffer 3. Thus, a base current of active loads 11, 12 and the emitter follower 2 is compensated by the noninverting buffer 3 and a differential amplifier with a small input offset voltage is obtained.
