To provide a device and method for receiving digital audio broadcast allowing the same page to be displayed without user operation in a BWS service link.
This device for receiving digital audio broadcast for receiving broadcast waves obtained, by multiplexing a plurality of data services including a plurality of audio services and at least a broadcasting web site (BWS) includes a display means, a tuner, and a control means to detect a reception state of a broadcast signal while being received. When the reception state of the broadcast signal during reception becomes lower than a predetermined level, the control means receives a different ensemble which broadcasts a service identical to that of a BWS while being received, and displays the same page as a page that is being browsed on a screen of the display means. The control means stores information of the BWS page, while being browsed of the received data service in a storage means, and configures the same page, by referring to the information on the BWS page, while being browsed to be output on the screen of the display means.
