To improve the maintenance property, reduce the number of parts in an entire device as much as possible, reduce costs by generalizing parts for use and reducing man-hours for assembling and installing work, use a general-purpose electric/control device easily and efficiently without forcing to operate everything using mechanical structure as a controlling (speed, position, operation and the like) conveyor device, and minimize the number of parts for use when considered in a comprehensive manner.
A drive roller conveyor device reduces loss of transmission torque of a motor rotation as much as possible by an effect of structure when motor torque is transmitted to a roller of a conveyor roller 03, and keeps down the reduction in efficiency (by about 20%) of a motor reduction gear. Accordingly, torque of a small drive motor can be transmitted with little loss to the conveyor roller. Further, using various standard products and general products differently depending on purposes enables using the device in various specialized environments and in specialized conditions and specifications.
