Title:
DIRECTION SWITCHER FOR GRAINS FEEDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS574813
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To exactly prevent the dropping or leak of grains by providing a forced actuator by which a switch valve is pushed in the switching direction in addition to a switch valve actuator for a grains direction switcher, provided at the outlet, etc., of grain feeding elevator.

CONSTITUTION: When grains being fed out of an outlet 23 are swtiched from the state, as shown in Fig. to the other directions, a limit switch sensor plate 39 and a pin 41 attached to a motor shaft 35 are turned by a direction switch motor 33, whereupon a rotary shaft 25 is turned in the same direction through a subplate 37 with a long hole 43 into which the pin 41 is inserted, and a switch valve 29 integrally coupled with the rotary shaft 25 is turned and abutted with a valve seat 49. At this time, the sensor plate 39 comes into contact with the limit switch 53 to stop the motor 33, and also the pushing arm 31 of the forced actuator 57 is activated in the right direction. By this, the switch valve 29 is forcibly pressed against the valve seat 49 through the shaft 25.
