PURPOSE: To provide a directional control valve which is low in manufacturing cost and long in product life, and don't need large force in changing a changing over position.

CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical peripheral wall 21 of a casing 11 is provided with two or more bulk material entrances 26, 27 and seat rings 33, 38 enclosing the bulk material entrance 26, 27. A rotary body 12 is fitted in the casing peripheral wall 21, and provided with a bulk material passage 13 so that both its ends may be opened to the peripheral face of the rotary body 12, and two selected entrances 26, 27 of two entrances 26, 27 or more entrances may be made to mutually communicate. The seat rings 33, 38 are set so as to be movable in a radial direction on the casing peripheral wall 21. The peripheral face of the rotary body 12 is covered with elastic member 44. The seat rings 33, 38 are relievably pressed by pressing means 35, 40 so that they may be pressed against the elastic member.
