Title:
DISCARDING METHOD FOR REFUGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3789025
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent nasty smell and splashing of dust, etc., during reclaiming without contaminating ground water or rivers even in the case of intrusion of harmful substances.
SOLUTION: A final disposal yard 2 consists of a land 4 to be reclaimed, regulating pond 6 and kneading plant 8. The kneading plant 8 is a facility for executing the stabilizing treatment by which refuge such as incineration ash and sludge is mixed with a solidifying agent and water to be kept in a fluidized state, thereby obtaining a fluidized material having a self-leveling property. The fluidized material is turned into a solidified material 10 having impermeability when solidified. The stabilize-treated, fluidized material in the kneading plant 8 is forcibly fed to the land 4 to be reclaimed and is discharged to a leak-preventive seal 12. The fluidized material discharged into the land 4 to be reclaimed is solidified to be turned into the solidified material 10 having impermeability. By this method, the stabilize-treated, fluidized material in the kneading plant 8 is discharged to the land 4 to be reclaimed and is solidified to be turned into the solidified material 10 having impermeability, whereby refuge is successively heaped on the land 4 to be reclaimed.
