Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide discharger which allows easy grasping of the amount of properly discharged sheets.SOLUTION: A discharger includes: a discharge table 52 on which sheets S can be mounted; a discharge belt 51 which discharges printed sheets S onto the discharge table 52; a sheet detecting sensor 53 which detects the presence of a sheet S between the discharge table 52 and the discharge belt 51; an encoder which detects the phase of the discharge belt 51; a counter which counts the amount of sheets S; and a control part 15 which determines, based on the presence of a sheet S detected by the sheet detecting sensor 53 and the phase of the discharge belt 51 detected by the encoder, whether or not a sheet S is properly discharged from the discharge belt 51 to the discharge table 52, and operates the counter based on the determination result.
