To provide a cost-effective and highly reliable disconnection detection device of a trip operation circuit that is used for an electronic controller circuit breaker whose trip operation is performed with a micro current.
The disconnection detection device includes an input circuit, which is connected to one terminal of a control power supply via a first connecting wire and which gives a trip command to a switching device, and a disconnection detection means, which is connected to the other terminal of the control power supply via a second connecting wire and to the input circuit via a third connecting wire and which detects the disconnection of one of the first, second, and third connecting wires. A parallel resistor, which shunts a current of the trip operation circuit, is connected to the input circuit so as to regulate a current flowing in the input current to be insufficient in giving the trip command in the closed state of the switching device.
