To provide a handy disinfection container of which the internal pressure can be appropriately released in a microwave oven and the internal water can be easily discharged after disinfection.

A main body of the disinfection container is formed to have a main body joint part A which is formed with mutually connected upper parts of both side edge members of front and back walls made of sheets of the same shape. Bottom surface joint parts B1 and B2 are disposed wherein lower parts of the above both side edge members of the above walls are connected to side edge parts of a sheet which formes a bottom member respectively. A bag 18 is constituted of the above main body and the above bottom member and the disinfection container is constituted to stand upright accommodating a physical object for disinfection in the bag. The disinfection container includes an aperture, an opening and closing means 19 disposed in the vicinity of the aperture and a ventilating hole 21, wherein the above ventilating hole 21 is formed at a position near the above bottom surface joint parts and a partial joint member 35 in which the above side edge parts are mutually superimposed and connected is disposed at a position of the above bottom surface joint part near the above ventilating hole 21.
