Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a releasability of a molded disk from a stamper.
CONSTITUTION: A cavity 5 is provided between a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2. A resin for molding a disk 4 is injected into the cavity 5. An inner stamper holding part 16 fitted into a hole part 7 formed in the center part of a stamper 6 for holding the stamper 6 is formed in the movable mold 2. In this disk molding device, a plurality of air blowoff holes for blowing air toward the surface of the disk 4 molded in the cavity 5 are arranged in the inner stamper holding part 16 in a ring form.
