To form a shape holding means, which is to be used when wearing or rounding a disposable body fluid absorptive wear article, on that article.
Concerning a disposable diaper as one example of the disposable body fluid absorptive article, the shape holding means to be used when rounding that article is composed of an outer surface sheet 3 for the diaper and a band- shaped element 21 attached on the outer surface of the outer surface sheet 3. The outer surface sheet 3 is composed of unwoven fabric to which a member 41 on one side of a mechanical fastener composed of male and female members can be engaged/disengaged, and the band-shaped element 21 fixes its one terminal part on the sheet 3 and has the member 41 on one side of the mechanical fastener on the inner surface of its opposite side terminal part.
