To provide a disposer leaving no garbage on the tilted part of a hopper.

This disposer is provided with the hopper 2 having a garbage charge port 4 provided at the upper part of a crushing part and the tilted part 21 leading garbage to the charge port 4. A water supply part 7 provided at the upper part of a circumferential edge of the hopper 2 discharges water swirlingly flowing to the charge port 4 from the upper part of the tilted part 21. The water supply part 7 discharges water from a supply pipe 72 roughly horizontally extended at the upper part of the circumferential edge of the hopper 2, to make garbage flow into the charge port 4.
