To provide a document creation program which creates a legal document based on a work of a plurality of persons, and an information processor.SOLUTION: A document creation server device 1 includes: document reception means 101 which receives document information 112 from a client 2A and stores document information 112 in storage means 11 so that both the client 2A and a recipient 3A can browse the document information 112; chat control means 103 which controls input/output of conversation of the client 2A and the recipient 3A; comment control means 104 which controls input/output of comments relative to a part of the document information 112 of the client 2A and the recipient 3A; and display control means 106 which controls display of contents of the document information 112, conversation contents and comments in one screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
