A structural panel such as the door 20 of a home appliance comprises a first and a second frame members, each of which has an inner circumferential edge and an outer circumferential edge 25, and each inner circumferential edge demarcates an opening. At least one of the frames is composed of synthetic macromolecular material/synthetic copolymer material. A glass panel 21 has an outer circumferential edge 25 which is inserted between at least one inner circumferential edge of an annular member, so that the opening of the annular member is closed and that two frames are fixed. A second glass panel is associated with the other frame so as to close an opening inside it. The glass panels 21 can be parallel with and separated from each other. Alternatively, one of the glass panels 21 has recessed/projected relation specifically in the case that the structural panel is used for the door 20 of a washing machine.
