A communication control part 13 performs communication between portable communication equipment 11 to collate an ID code acquired from the portable communication equipment 11 through the communication with an ID code recorded in a memory 16a, and when these ID codes match with each other, automatically unlocks a door lock. Also, an operation controller 21 controls the operations of a first camera 10, a second camera 34, and an outdoor monitor 35 based on the results of the collation of the ID codes by a communication control part 13 and the results of the detection by a person detection sensor 9. More specifically, when the collation of the ID codes is established, the work controller 21 displays the outdoor monitor 35 in a mode corresponding to the established ID codes.
