PURPOSE: To close a door when a current feeding is cut off by maintaining the lock in an unlocked condition when the door is closed, while locking the door by a spring and releasing the locking by an electromagnetic solenoid.

CONSTITUTION: A crank plate 21 rotated by a manual handle is pivoted to a door 11, and provided with upward and downward locking rods 14 and 15 on it. Then, an arm 22 connected to an electro-magnetic solenoid 24 is installed, and the end of the plate 21 is engaged and locked to an aperture 23 by pressing with a coil spring 27. Then, arms 32 and 33 rotary-energized by springs are installed, and the rotation of the arm 32 is stopped by the arm 33 when the door is closed. And the solenoid 24 is excited by an ID card, and the plate 21 is removed from the aperture 23 to unlock the rods 14 and 15 and open the door. Furthermore, the current is cut off after a specific time, but the arm 33 is separated from the arm 32 when the door is opened, the arm 32 is rotated to prevent the clockwise rotation of the arm 22, and the engagement of the plate 21 end and the aperture 23 is prevented. Consequently, even though the current is cut off when the door is opened, the door can be closed by preventing the locking, and the safety can be secured.
