This door scope 20 has a pair of light transmissive cylinder elements 26 and 40 installed in an opening 16 of a surface 12 of the door 10, and is formed for transmitting the light via a light transmissive cylinder body 24 to the other one side from one side of the door by inserting and mutually uniting both these light transmissive cylinder elements 26 and 40 into the opening, and is provided with metallic plate material flanges 50 and 60 having a preselected external shape in an end part of at least one cylinder element of the light transmissive cylinder elements and having window holes 53 and 63 facing the end part of its cylinder element in the center, and is formed into a structure for fixing the metallic plate flanges 50 and 60 in close contact to one surface in an inside surface and an outside surface of the door 10 via turnups 52 and 62.
