To provide a double-needle sewing machine with cutting mechanism capable of preventing threads from getting loose by running the sewing machine along the cutting edge immediately before cutting an original fabric for quilting.

A double-needle sewing machine 1 is provided with a disk-shaped driven cutter 9, whose edge of a blade is on the backward line of sewing direction through the both needles of the sewing machine. Thus, immediately before the disk-shaped cutter 9 for cutting quilting original fabric runs on the original fabric, the double-needle machine runs to sew the cut edge. Thereby, it is possible to prevent sewing-machine thread or cotton for quilting from getting loose so as to make the work for next process easy, improve safety, and to finish manufactured goods with excellent quality.
