To improve working accuracy and working efficiency, associated with a drilled hole, by a simple and inexpensive method.
A guide means for guiding an operator's operation is provided in a drill jumbo which includes a truck 1, a boom 4, a guide shell 5, a drifter 6 and a drilling rod 7. The guide means comprises a detection means for detecting the angle and distance of drilling performed by the drilling rod, and a monitor as a display means which displays a preset target drilling angle and a preset target drilling distance and which additionally displays the actual drilling angle and drilling distance, detected by the detection means. The detection means comprises sensors 13-17 which detect the position and attitude of the truck, those of the boom, those of the guide shell and those of the drifter, and a programmable controller as a computing storage means for computing and storing the drilling angle and the drilling distance at that time, on the basis of information detected by each of the sensors.
