PURPOSE: A drink such as fruit juice, e.g. mandarin orange juice, etc., refreshing drink, e.g. cola, etc., capable of drastically multiplying Bifidobacterium living in the intestine, having neither drug smell nor feeling of physical disorder, obtained by adding isomaltoorigosaccharide as a sweetener to a drink.

CONSTITUTION: The aimed drink such as fruit juice, e.g, mandarin orange, apple, etc., refreshing drink such as cola, aerated drink etc., containing a sweet component comprising isomaltooligosaccharide as a main component.
