Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device or the like for a multi-axis synchronous facility capable of performing deceleration and stop control for which a regenerative resistor is not required, in drive control of the multi-axis synchronous facility.SOLUTION: The drive control device for the multi-axis synchronous facility for performing processing while conveying a conveyance object over a plurality of units includes: a speed detection section for detecting a speed of the conveyance object; and a drive control section by which, when decelerating and stopping the multi-axis synchronous facility, on the basis of the speed of the conveyance object detected by the speed detection section, a deceleration rate is cyclically calculated in such a manner that a total value of output of motors in a power running state or a regenerative state of the units being driven becomes zero, and the motors are controlled in accordance with the cyclically calculated deceleration rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
