Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for a preparation machine for producing lap rolls, which drive device enables the use of standardized, low-cost, mass-production motors.SOLUTION: In a drive device, a first output shaft W1 of a double-shaft motor M enters a transmission unit G. The transmission unit G is connected to a winding assembly and to calender rolls A1-A4. A second output shaft W2 of the double-shaft motor M is connected via a first belt drive unit B1 to an intermediate shaft of a feed table, and the intermediate shaft is connected via different drive means to an exit roller 20 of a draft unit SW. Different drive means B2 is provided between the second output shaft W2 of the double-shaft motor M and a first belt pulley R1 of the first belt drive unit B1 which is fixed on a shaft 17 rotatably supported parallel to the second output shaft W2 with spacing. The different drive means B2 reverses the rotation direction of the second output shaft W2 with respect to the first belt pulley R1, and the transmission unit G has an even number of gear stages SG. Thereby, there is provided the drive device for a preparation machine for producing lap rolls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
