PURPOSE: To enable resolver adjustment without generating interference with a body at the time of a driving device by motor being mounted to a vehicle and that without disassembling the whole device.
CONSTITUTION: A driving device case 2 is provided with a first chamber 3 and a second chamber 4 partitioned by a partition wall 5. A motor 11 is disposed in the first chamber 3, and the output shaft 15 of the motor 11 passes through the partition wall 5 so as to be extended into the second chamber 4. In this second chamber 4, the rotating state of the output shaft 15 is transmitted to the resolver shaft 25 of a resolver 22 through a resolver driving gear 29 and a resolver gear 28. In the driving device case 2, a valve body 32 is removably provided in a position adjacent to the resolver 22.
