Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate an impact to a load and a power source system when switching from an inverter to a commercial power source by bringing the phase of the input side of the inverter in coincidence with that of the output side.
CONSTITUTION: A polyphase inverter is so controlled that the voltage, frequency and phase of the output sides of 6-pulse inverters 8, 9 coincide with those of the input side of the 6-pulse inverter. When the phases coincide, switches 4, 7 are closed to shortcircuit the input sides and the output sides of the inverters 8, 9 to stop the inverter, and to open switches 5, 6, 13, 14. Thus, a motor 15 can be connected with a commercial power source.
