Abstract:
To obtain a drug carrier capable of safely and efficiently introducing the drug such as a genetic material and a medicine into a diseased part or cells.
The drug carrier contains a drug supported by a carrier particle of a lipid membrane modified with (A) an amidine derivative having a specific structure and/or its salt and (B) a polyglycidol containing a 3-methylglutaryl-modified glycidol unit.
