Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing machine that is capable of efficiently penetrating finely divided water into gaps between fibers of laundry.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine includes: a water tub 5 which is disposed inside a housing 2 and to which washing water is supplied; a drum 6 which is disposed in the water tub 5 in such a state that it has a horizontal shaft and is for housing clothing inside; and a motor 7 for rotationally drive the drum 6; a circulation air path that is connected to the front part and the rear part of the water tub 5 and circulates air in the drum 6 in front and rear directions along the rotary shaft direction ; and an electrostatic atomizer 29 for Rayleigh dispersing water to be finely divided and supplying it into the drum 6. It is characterized in that the finely divided water by the electrostatic atomizer 29 is supplied into the drum 6.
