Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum washing machine that excellently cleans a tank.SOLUTION: The tank of the drum washing machine is cleaned by the steps of: supplying a predetermined amount of washing water into an outer tank (S301 and S302) between a rinsing step and a dewatering step; opening a solenoid valve for supplying water for tank cleaning and also rotating an inner tank in a clockwise direction at a predetermined rotation speed (S303); passing a predetermined period of time (S304); rotating the inner tank in a counter-clockwise direction at a predetermined rotation speed (S305); passing a predetermined period of time (S306); closing the solenoid valve for supplying water for tank cleaning while maintaining the rotation of the inner tank (S307); and then shifting the dewatering step. In the dewatering step, a drain valve is opened and the washing water is drained while the rotation of the inner tank is maintained, and a rotation speed of the inner tank is increased to a rotation speed corresponding to dewatering.
