Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely prevent the operation of an overheat temperature sensor from being erroneously decided by performing the operation test of the overheat temperature sensor after confirming the normality of a heating medium supplying source for supplying a heating medium to a solvent heater.
CONSTITUTION: The dry cleaner houses a cylindrical drum 1, for which a lot of holes are formed on surrounding walls, inside an outer vessel 2 so as to rotate it and a circulating path 3 for air and atomized solvent and a liquid drainage duct 4 for solvent are provided at the outer vessel 2. Then, a blower 5, cooler 7 and dry heater 9 are successively arranged on the circulating path 3. Besides, the temperature is managed by circulating solvent among a solvent tank 11, filter F and heat exchanger (solvent heater) 12. In this case, the supply of the heating medium is decided normal because of the increase of drying air temperature up to the prescribed value within prescribed time after the start of supplying the heating medium (steam) to the dry heater 9, the solvent is overheated by the heat exchanger 12 and the operation test of an overheat temperature sensor SE3 is performed.
