Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an explosion by detecting the temperature in an outer tub, starting the solvent feed only when the detected temperature is the critical temperature or below not causing the solvent concentration to the explosion lower limit concentration or above, and operating a fan and a cooler to cool down the outer tub when the detected temperature is more than the critical temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The upper limit temperature of the outer tub temperature that the solvent concentration does not reach the explosion lower limit concentration, i.e., critical temperature, is investigated in advance from the relation between the outer tub temperature and the solvent concentration, and the critical temperature is set. At the time of operation, a microcomputer receives the temperature of an outer tub 1 detected by a thermistor 16 based on the action of a start key, compares it with the critical temperature, operates a liquid feed pump 5 only when the detected temperature is the critical temperature or below, and feeds a solvent to the outer tub 1 from a tank 3. When the detected temperature is more than the critical temperature, a blower fan 8 and a drying cooler 9 are operated, and the outer tub 1 is cooled down to the critical temperature or below.
