Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the shortage of cooling capacity of a gas cooler to cool and condense solvent gas in a drum at the time of a dry process.
CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of air in the drum is high and the cooling capacity of the gas cooler goes short during the dry process of the dry cleaning machine, the exit temperature of the gas cooler is increased. This temperature is detected by a gas thermistor and when it is judged in a step S8 or S12 that the temperature is higher than 18°C, a pump is stopped (S14). Then, valves V1 and V5 are closed (S15). At the same time, a valve V9 is closed (S16), the supply of cooling water to a solvent cooler is stopped and the quantity of cooling water corresponding to that for the solvent cooler is supplied to the gas cooler to improve the cooling capacity of the gas cooler.
