To provide a dry cleaning waste liquid treating device enabling to make waste liquid such as discharged water containing an organic solvent discharged from a dry cleaning machine harmless and enabling to discharge it into the air.
This dry cleaning waste liquid treating device is provided with a waste liquid separation tank 1 for separating the waste liquid from a dry cleaning process with specific gravity, a storage tank 2 for being introduced the waste liquid moved to the upper layer by the separation with specific gravity at the waste liquid separation tank 1, an ultrasonic atomizer 3 installed at the bottom of the storage tank 2 and allowing the waste liquid introduced into the storage tank 2 to vibrate and atomize with ultrasonic waves, and an U.V. lamp 4 for irradiating a misty state of liquid droplets of the waste liquid generated by the atomization with U.V. rays and optically decomposing the misty state of liquid droplets and vaporizing.
