In addition, a holder 22 with a rack 22b to be engaged with a pinion 26 fixed to a shaft 25, is actuated vertically by rotation of a motor M. Besides, the position of the ultraviolet irradiation parts 22, 23 and 24 to the drying barrel 11, is decided in compliance with the state of a sheet P to be used.
