Abstract:
To provide a dryer for use in painting, capable of reducing a time necessary for drying a paint film while preventing the painting quality of a work-piece from deteriorating, and of simplifying structure thereof.SOLUTION: A dryer 1 for use in painting that dries a plurality of work-pieces W, i.e., painted bodies of automobiles, comprises a drying furnace 10, a conveyor 20 that continuously conveys the plurality of work-pieces W in a conveying direction D through an inner space 11 of the drying furnace 10, a plurality of members 30 to be heated which are introduced into the inner space 11 of the drying furnace 10 and travel in the conveying direction D in a state of facing the plurality of work-pieces W being continuously conveyed in the conveying direction D by the conveyor 20, and a heater 40 that heats the plurality of members 30 to be heated prior to introducing them into the inner space 11 of the drying furnace 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
