To provide a drying device capable of drying a dried object by utilizing electromagnetic induction heating and the wind, shortening a drying time, improving response and detection accuracy in detecting a temperature of the dried object by a temperature detecting means, mounting the temperature detecting means at a position free from contact with the wet dried object to prevent its rusting and to electrically insulate the temperature detecting means, and surely preventing the dried object from being excessively heated in accompany with failure of a blower.
This drying device comprises a heating coil 5a for heating the dried object placed at a dried object loading part by electromagnetic induction, and the blower 6 for distributing the wind to the dried object. A heated body 22 heated by electromagnetic induction by the heating coil 5a and the temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature of the heated body 22 are further disposed. The heated object 22 is placed at a position having temperature variation by being affected by the wind distributed from the air blower 6.
