In the drying device, an upstream side heat exchanger 7 and a downstream side heat exchanger 8 are provided at the front and back of a cooling fin 3, a path in which a heating medium circulates around both the heat exchangers through a heat exchange pipe 9 is formed, the heating medium naturally circulates by a temperature difference and a height difference between the upstream side heat exchanger 7 and the downstream side heat exchanger 8, and the path in which the heat of the air passing through the upstream side heat exchanger 7 to the downstream side heat exchanger 8 is constituted so as to reduce the cooling capacity to be cooled of the cooling fin 3 and the heating capacity to be heated of a radiating fin 2, and the amount of heat transfer in a Peltier element 1 is reduced.
