Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dye composed of a specific red dye, excellent in light-fast and useful for dyeing acrylic fiber, polyester fiber dyeable by cationic dyes, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The dye composed of a red dye expressed by formula [R1 is lower alkyl or aryl; R2 is H or lower alkyl; R3 is H or non-ionic group; R4 is R1; R5 is R2; R6 is R3; R7 and R8 are (substd. with hydroxyl) lower alkyl, carbamoylethyl or benzyl; X- is anion derived from inorg. acid or org. acid] and endurable for 200hr exposure of light at 89°C. Acrylic fiber and/or polyester fiber dyeable by cationic dyes is preferably dyed with the dye.
