In a control device 12 for a transport medium of automobile or the like, a handle channel 20, brake pedal channel 30 and an accelerator pedal channel 40 are additionally provided, position sensors 52, 54, 56 respectively attached to each channel are provided. An output of each sensor 52, 54, 56, after differentiated respectively in differentiating circuits 62, 64, 66 having a primary differential coefficient and differentiating circuits 72, 74, 76 having a secondary differential coefficient, is input to adders 82, 84, 86. An output of the adder 82, by a switch 90 associated with a handle position, is guided to one side addition converters 102, 106 or 104, 108 corresponding to the right/ left of a vehicle, so as to serve as control for suspension mechanisms 112, 114, 116, 118.
